Pink Bourbon: The name Pink Bourbon coffee comes from the color of its cherries, which are a salmon orange and pink hue. The name was given by a Colombian farmer who found the plant growing among his Bourbon variety plants and assumed it was a hybrid. However, genetic testing found that Pink Bourbon is actually an Ethiopian landrace variety, not a Bourbon at all.
Pink Bourbon is known for its complex flavor profile, which includes citrus fruit flavors, white florals, and honey. It's also known for its deep sweetness and bright acidity.
